The location was fairly convenient. I could reach key shopping areas within a reasonable walking distance.
The room's cleanliness was definitely subpar. I found considerable dust in several areas, especially on the stone surface above the bed. the eco cleaning policy wasn't properly explained, and it was annoying to return to find that even used towels hadn't been removed. tea and coffee weren't refilled, and the tatami area wasn't swept (leaving dust everywhere).

The hotel had a free laundry. That's a huge plus. the staff are friendly! they were always happy to help! plus, the rooms were spacious and maintained really well.
The room service happened only once in three days. It was an eco stay soiled towels were not removed from the bathroom on day 2!

A wonderfully surprising stay

I was especially pleased to find a washer and dryer RIGHT in my room. That was a lifesaver. i really appreciated the little kitchen area too, it had everything i needed. the free hot drinks in the lounge were a NICE touch after a long day.
the pillows were a little too firm for my liking.
